Kaizen has been invaluable for assessing building operations and monitoring the effectiveness of Optimization implementations. We have been using Kaizen Analytics to provide clients with a way to identify building performance limitations and develop optimization strategies. We are able to leverage Kaizen fault detection as the basis for ongoing commissioning (OCx) services. After addressing performance issues and implementing optimization measures, Kaizen’s Energy dashboard is a powerful tool to assess these measures' effectiveness and provide ongoing tracking of the resulting energy savings. This Energy Dashboard and associated reports allow us to provide our clients with a clear and concise manner to present improved building performance and energy impact effectiveness.
