About the Project: Poole House is the purpose-built district office for PCL’s operations in Winnipeg. Designed to reflect PCL’s brand and commitment to sustainability, the two-story, 47,000-square-foot building was constructed to achieve LEED Gold certification. It features a high-performance building envelope, advanced mechanical and electrical systems, and a curtain wall system that maximizes natural light. The interior showcases a mass-timber staircase and is designed to provide a modern, collaborative, and healthy work environment for PCL employees.
